EMSP Director
Landen Zernickow

My imperative is to build. With an equity and social impact lens, I build programs, connections, capacity, and strategic engagement.

I have more than ten years of experience with mission-driven organizations. Currently, as Director of the East Metro STEAM Partnership, I develop and align resources through collaborative partnerships to support STEAM initiatives in the East Metro area of Multnomah County, Oregon. Previously, I directed Genesys Works – Bay Area’s multi-site program to transform the lives of underprivileged high school students through professional skills training, meaningful technology internships, and impactful relationships. Prior to that, I helped launch Genesys Works’ college access programming and was one of the founding staff members in the Bay Area. I have also trained au pair agencies abroad, built a Latino entrepreneurship consultancy, and managed international financial counseling programs.

EMSP enlists the help of different action teams to help accomplish their goals. Action teams help develop communications strategies, connect to EMSP industry partners, and apply for grants among many other things! Below are the names of all those who are involved in the different action teams.
